The SKIN1004 Madagascar Centella Toning Toner is a gentle exfoliating toner that can be used daily to help exfoliate dead skin cells and is suitable for sensitive skin. It contains 84% centella asiatica extract and PHA to gently exfoliate and soothe for fresh and supple skin.

Directions

Apply an appropriate amount to either a cotton pad or directly to the palm and gently pat onto the skin.
