This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed with Caprini Skincare & Beauty are processed and delivered within Malta and Gozo.


Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Once your order has been processed, you will receive an order confirmation and dispatch notification.


Delivery Areas & Times

We currently deliver to Malta and Gozo only.

  • Standard Delivery: 24–48 hours from dispatch

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly due to courier operations, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances


Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated and clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.


Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are correct at checkout.

Caprini Skincare & Beauty cannot be held responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address details

  • Orders delivered to the address provided by the customer

If a parcel is returned to us due to address issues, additional delivery charges may apply for re-dispatch.


Delays, Lost, or Missing Parcels

If your order has not arrived within the stated delivery timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist with a courier enquiry.

While we will always do our best to help resolve delivery issues, Caprini cannot guarantee replacement or refund for parcels confirmed as delivered by the courier.


Damaged Deliveries

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us immediately and provide clear photos of the outer packaging and contents so we can assist promptly.
