Returns & Refunds Policy

At Caprini Skincare & Beauty, we take great care in selecting and packaging every product. If you need to return an item, please review the policy below.


Return Eligibility Period

You may request a return within 14 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to you or to a person authorised by you.

Once this period has passed, we regret that we are unable to accept returns or offer exchanges.


Conditions for Returns

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Completely unused and unopened

  • In perfect, re-saleable condition

  • Returned with all original packaging, seals, safety labels, instructions, and protective wrapping intact

If your order included any free or promotional items, these must also be returned unused and in their original condition.

Please be aware that discounted, sale, or promotional products may be excluded from returns.


How to Request a Return

Before sending any items back, please notify us by email at
caprinimt@hotmail.com within the 14-day return window.

Kindly include:

  • Your order number

  • Your full name

  • A brief description of the product(s) you wish to return

Returns sent without prior confirmation may not be accepted.


Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued using the original payment method used at checkout.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 2–3 business days once approved

  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take up to 7–14 business days for the funds to appear in your account


Incorrect, Faulty, or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is incorrect, damaged, or defective, please contact us promptly and include clear photographic evidence.

  • Caprini will cover any return shipping costs in these cases

  • A replacement or full refund will be arranged within 14 days of acceptance


Important Information

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare and beauty products cannot be returned

  • Please keep all original packaging and proof of postage until your return is completed

  • Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

  • We strongly recommend using tracked delivery, as Caprini cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit
