The HARUHARU WONDER Black Rice Hyaluronic Toner (For Sensitive Skin) is the fragrance-free, hypoallergenic version of the brand's best-selling toner. Fermented black rice, which is rich in antioxidants and is full of highly concentrated polyphenol and flavonoid pigments to protect skin against free radicals, including ultraviolet radiation and pollution, and encourage new cell growth. Hyaluronic acid provides comforting hydration deep into the skin, while the added beta glucan and red ginseng extract help heal and rejuvenate skin.

Vegan-friendly, cruelty-free, essential oil-free, skin irritation test completed and made with EWG safe ingredients.

Directions

After cleansing, wet a cotton pad with the toner, apply evenly across your face and pat with your hands to help with absorption.
